Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing bibijoon.com. We are dedicated to providing a secure and reliable shopping experience. Please note that we currently operate and ship exclusively within Pakistan.

1. Eligibility Review & Account Approval

To maintain the quality and security of our service, all potential users must first sign up for an Eligibility Review.

  • Approval Required: You will only be able to place orders once your account has been reviewed and approved by our team.

  • Review Timeline: We aim to process all eligibility applications within 24–48 business hours.

2. Mandatory Order Verification (Phone or/& WhatsApp)

To ensure successful delivery and prevent fraudulent activity, we follow a strict verification protocol for all approved users:

  • WhatsApp Confirmation: After you place an order, our team will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your shipping details.

  • Phone Call Verification: For first-time orders or high-value shipments, a representative will call your provided mobile number.

  • Important: Orders will not be dispatched until they have been verbally or digitally confirmed via Phone or WhatsApp. If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, the order may be automatically cancelled.

3. Shipping Destinations & Limits

  • Domestic Only: We ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, etc.).

  • International Shipping: We do not offer shipping outside of Pakistan at this time.

4. Delivery Timelines

Once your order is verified and dispatched, the following estimated delivery times apply:

  • Major Cities: 2 to 4 business days.

  • Other Cities / Rural Areas: 5 to 7 business days.

  • Note: Deliveries are processed Monday through Saturday. No dispatches occur on Sundays or Gazetted Public Holidays.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: A flat delivery fee of Rs. 195 applies to all orders nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders exceeding Rs. 2000

6. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner (e.g., TCS, Leopards, or Trax), you will receive a Tracking ID via SMS and WhatsApp. You can use this ID on the courier’s website to monitor your shipment in real-time.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most locations.

  • In accordance with standard Pakistani courier protocols, customers are required to pay the rider before opening the parcel.

  • If you find any issues with the product after opening, please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your parcel is visibly tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and notify us immediately. For lost packages confirmed by the courier, we will provide a full replacement or refund.
